RAWLOGIC is the software development brand of Christos Fragoulis. Systems for orders, inventory, production and team coordination, designed around real-world work.
I am a graduate of the IT & Media Department. I work every day inside a demanding food business, with an active role in orders, inventory, production, deliveries and service for professional customers. At the same time, I design and build the systems that organize these operations. I do not observe the work from the outside; I work within it.
Working as a butcher is not a footnote to my path in technology. It is the real-world testing ground for it.
I look at the work first. Then I build the tool.
03 / APPROACH
The process stays simple: observe the work, define the problem, build in small steps and test it in practice.
Document the workflow as it actually operates.
Separate the real problem from the symptom.
Create the smallest useful tool.
Verify it where it will actually be used.
04 / COLLABORATION
We do not start with an off-the-shelf software package. We start with the workflow that needs to work better, agree a clear scope and move through three controlled stages.
I observe the process as it actually runs and map its roles, data, exceptions and points of friction.
I turn the core problem into a small working implementation with a clear boundary, realistic test data and measurable criteria.
I build the durable solution, test it inside the real operation and expand it only after it has proved its value.
